This initiative is designed to link job seekers directly with businesses and employers, streamlining the hiring process.
But here's where it gets interesting: the portal, managed by the Hanoi Employment Service Center, leverages the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI). This sophisticated technology is used to gather, analyze, and interpret data from the labor market. This means the portal can provide more relevant job recommendations and help businesses find the right candidates more efficiently.
And this is the part most people miss: The Hanoi Department of Home Affairs shared some impressive numbers. From January to November, the city successfully created jobs for over 207,000 workers! Even more remarkable, this figure surpasses the initial target set for 2025 by nearly 22.8 percent.
